The help contact account allows you to view the Locations, Access Codes and Roles that are configured for your organization.
You will only be able to view (not edit) the information for the locations to which to have access.
You can view this information by clicking on the Locations or Roles tabs when you are logged in with your help contact account.
Access Codes can be found in the Locations tab.
When viewing the Roles list, you can expand each row by clicking on the ‘+’ button to see more information.
