Retrieving Your AIS Central Password

If you know your username, you can click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login window at:

https://central.aissystems.com

Here, you can enter your username and it will be sent to the email address associated with your user account. 

Wait a minute and check your email -- did it work? 

If not, you may not have an email associated with your account or you had used a different email associated with your AIS Central account. 

You will have to contact AIS Support if you cannot remember your email address.
