In the CMAC portal, you will see the % of completed courses toward your CMAC certification.

The lookback period of qualifying learning requirements is six months from your date of enrollment.

The courses you have credit for on the day of enrolment are “locked in” and count toward your certification.

The courses in red in the CMAC portal are the courses that were never completed, or were completed 6+ months ago and need to be re-submitted.

What do I do to achieve 100% on my CMAC requirements if I completed the module more than 6 months ago?

Any courses completed 6 months prior to the date of enrolment will need to be completed again, in your "My Evaluations" tab.

You will notice the Post-Tests are available to complete again, even after they have been successfully completed.

Click Start and confirm you would like to begin again, and then submit when you have answered all questions. The course will display as Complete in the CMAC portal.

However, if you have not yet enrolled, the CMAC enrolment page will give you a preview of which completed courses are eligible towards your CMAC certification as of the day you're visiting that page. If a course appeared as eligible on one visit to that page and not on a subsequent visit, it is because it was now completed more than 6 months in the past and it can no longer be applied to your certification.

The sooner you enroll, the sooner you can lock in your completed learning.
