1. Broadband access to the Internet at all locations. Required
2. Flash Player v10.0 installed on workstations (or higher). Required
3. One of the following Internet browsers installed on workstations meeting the minimum version
number indicated (later versions supported): Required

4. Java Script Enabled on browser client. Required
5. Cookies enabled (retained only for current session). Required
6. Personal email address to access AIS Central. Suggested
7. Sound Cards on workstations required to listen to audio narration. Required
8. MP3 and MP4 file downloads must be permitted on workstations and network. Required
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Citrix Environments
If accessing AIS Courseware through Citrix, it should be configured and tested to handle the rich media required by the courseware.
Tablet Computers
Windows tablet computers are supported, provided that the above requirements are met. The AIS Courseware has been designed primarily for traditional PCs using a mouse and keybord. Using the Courseware on a tablet without mouse and keyboard will result in minor ease of use issues.
