If you feel the rules of the CMAC Certification program should not apply to your special circumstances, feel an evaluation was not graded properly, or weren’t treated fairly in any other way, you can launch an appeal to the CMAC Certification Advisory Board (CAB). This may be done by purchasing an appeal on the CMAC certification page found in AIS Central.
If the CAB agrees with your appeal, you will receive a full refund of your appeal fees.
