The opportunity to become CMAC certified is available to learners that successfully complete the certification requirements. AIS Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual preference or disability.

Professional Misconduct

In circumstances such as the ones listed below, enrolment to the CMAC Certification Program may be refused, learners may be prohibited from taking future examinations, or the CMAC designation may be revoked.


  1. Making a false claim on the exam attestation statement

  2. Copying any part of a course examination

  3. Giving information to or receiving information from another individual during the examination

  4. Unauthorized possession and distribution of any course materials

  5. Representing oneself falsely by using the CMAC designation


All decisions related to professional misconduct will be the responsibility of the Certification Advisory Board. Please note that no appeals or fee refunds will be allowed for decisions related to professional misconduct.
